What are the best bars to go to in DC for my 21st birthday?
I am 20 right now and trying to plan my 21st birthday with my friends. We are renting a party bus and bar hoping in DC. I am pretty unfamiliar with the bar scene in D.C. but i am looking for places that are inexpensive and fun. What are the best bars to go to on a saturday night in spring?
I love Kelly’s Irish Times. Make sure Pete’s playing guitar upstairs on the night you’re going. It’s a giant drunk singalong. And downstairs they have a DJ. You are guaranteed to meet interesting people there and have a great time!
