How do I go about planning a party at a nightclub?
I have always wanted to throw a party at a nightclub. I have never had a party of my own, So I want to know how do I go about planning a big bash at a nightclub such as getting a dj, bartender, security etc.. I don’t want to have a club just for invites only just hosting a successful party at a venue. How do I book performers and what not. Any advice would really help thank you
I would find a club that I liked and then go there in the day (pre party time) and ask to talk to the manager. He’ll be quite happy to talk to you as you are $$$ to him. Ask him/her how. He’ll be able to put you in touch with good people. You can also check out the yellow pages under stuff like party planner and get someone to do all of the hard stuff for you.

G.I. Blues (Widescreen) $6.06 After Elvis Presley got out of the army in 1960, he was instantly ushered into this Paramount movie about an Oklahoma singer who (surprise) gets out of the army and wants to open a club. Making a potentially lucrative bet that he can seduce a cabaret singer (Juliet Prowse), Elvis instead falls in love. Refurbished from his rockabilly roots into a slicker model for early-’60s pop, the Elvis of this… |

The Fabulous Baker Boys $3.46 An inspired casting gimmick, a wonderful mood, a grown-up love story–all this in The Fabulous Baker Boys, but the only thing anybody ever talks about is Michelle Pfeiffer on top of a piano. Granted, it’s a showstopper: clad in a slinky dress, Pfeiffer rolls around on the Steinway while she purrs out a languid version of “Makin’ Whoopee.” Adding to the seductive vibe is the fact that she’s n… |

The Hunger $10.49 Catherine Deneuve and David Bowie are rich, beautiful, and oh-so chic as denizens of the night. Dressed in sleek outfits and stylish sunglasses, they haunt rock & roll clubs on the prowl for young blood, whom they bring home to their impossibly luxurious mansion for a late-night snack. Being a vampire never looked more sexy, but there’s a price: Bowie starts to age so fast he wrinkles up in the w… |
